My first game was in 1972 similarly seen from the top of a milk crate taken by by my Dad.Just as SBR's great teams were coming to power.

No idea when my first game was. Very early 70s.
I do remember 2nd February 1974.
My dad took me and several friends to see us play Southampton on a Saturday night. We beat them 7 nil. What a birthday present that was !( I would have been 9)

Team more or less as expected. Davis back so tough for Greaves after his excellent display. Akpom starts, lets hope he finds the net.
 
Big game today as when we've had a big result so far this season we've rarely backed it up.

Disappointing to see good performances not rewarded with further starts but time between games is short and at least we are seeing less changes than earlier on in the season. The biggest disappointment for me is Clarke being dropped, whilst he frustrates me hugely I thought his performance the other night merited a start and would be keen to see him build on that, really like the spaces he occupied which made space for others including the LB, I'd like to see a performance like that again alongside Davis who we haven't really seen the best of attacking wise or in terms of assists so far this season

Still look quite wide open when we lose the ball.

Davis does a lot of work to create space for Philogene but not the other way round
