After this evenings great performance and result against Coventry, it would be typical of us this season to put in a poor performance and lose but I'm gonna say that we kick on, 3-0 Town Clarke 2 and Taylor

Despite not being back to work until the 2nd, I thought I’d fire up the old laptop and get the predictions updated ahead of this week’s double header.

With just over half the games played this season, it’s tight at the top. Stretchy holds onto a two point lead over Gaffer - who got a perfect score a few games back to close the gap. I’m sitting in bronze position, but San Diego has charged up the table this month in a return to winning ways. Spanish, Big Al, Mike, and Evesham all in the running at mid-table - certainly not down and out yet.

Shout out to Alex, who joined the forum a couple of weeks ago and rattles off a perfect score and a correct result to notch a 100% prediction record. I didn’t count your musings on a draw against Coventry, Alex, as I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and you didn’t technically provide a prediction - so your record is intact for now! Could he steamroller us all and keep the momentum going?!

Well done Nuggets, wouldnt it be wonderful if everyone predicted endless victories and we all got 100% correct results! But it aint going to happen.

I hadn’t realised there was a prediction league, so thanks Nuggets for putting me at 100%. Perhaps I’ll quit whilst I’m ahead. On the other hand, I hope Oxford don’t come and do the old park the bus routine and make it hard to break them down. I’ll go 2-0 town.

Excellent work again Nuggets, thank you.

Know idea what team will turn up.

As I am an absolute optimist I will go with 4 nil to us .

PR kicks off with a huge welcome as our boys enter the stadium. A change of atmosphere, a few changes to the team, but too strong for Oxford.

2-0 Town

Hi everyone. New to posting on forum although been following since it started. For what it is worth
4-0 town
Hi Tony, welcome. I’m a relative newbie too, but like you had been following for ages as well.

Welcome to the club, Tony. Good to see some new people joining for what is hopefully an exciting time to be a Town fan.

With your predictions record, I’d say keep going - you might just win the league haha!

Welcome on board Tony, I watched my 1st Town game in 1959, paying a bob to stand on a box! Great crowd of folk on this forum. The last 3 years have been some of the best.
