Hopefully, with the situation as it is and the prize our players are fighting for, past form of totally different teams will count for nothing.
Our record at Stamford Bridge was worse.

We can do this!

Not concerned in the slightest. The lads know what they need to do. Everton are a decent side and what will be, will be.

Don't forget between 2004 and 2009 how poor we were. It really is no surprise we recorded 4 losses and a draw in that period.

Just remember our record when Blackburn came to St James or when we went to Stoke away or West Brom away or Chelsea away...

Records have been smashed and broken a lot this season.

Would be VERY surprised if Everton don't score. Jelavic is whacking them in for fun, and he's got a sound midfield behind him (Pienaar, Osman) who can chip in with the odd goal. Having said that, I do think we'll win. 2-1.

Records are there to be broken, Chelsea was a great one! <diva>

All we can do now is try and if that's good enough then so be it. Whatever happens it has been a cracking season. The one game that pis.sed me off was 2-2 Wolves. How a team like that could recover from being 2-0 down against us left me shaking my head. But for that I belive 3rd would have been secured by now.

Failing to win at home against 10 men was frustrating, especially given the fact it was Sunderland we were playing.

It's been a cracking season indeed and nobody can complain about it. We've had some excellent fayre served up to us and I'm sure the guys will be doing their utmost to go out with a bang. I'm fairly confident of another three points in the bag from Everton.

Everton are a good team and will be fully focused on finishingthe season ona high, and fiishing above Liveerpool.

We are a better team. We should be focused. We should be able to do this.

Finger's crossed and HTL

Remember the players aren't just fighting for the fans and a top 4 finish. Imagine the bonuses they're gonna get if we finish 4th?

They'll be fighting for some extra cash as well, and there's nowt wrong with that as they've ****ing earned it!

It matters not. Never been a big believer in superstition. Sure if a club plays the same way over a number of years, and continually struggles there, it could be down to the size of pitch etc. Our record at Goodison is down to one factor, Everton are an excellent home side. Nobody likes going to Goodison and plenty better teams than us have gone there and got tanned.

I am taking the view we are going to win, because we have to. I have complete faith in this group of players to give it their all.

You could tell at Wigan they were disappointed with themselves and some seemed a bit reluctant to come over and give us a clap at the end of the game, but were persuaded by other guys in the team to do so. I think they know how much winning means and they'll go all out for the win regardless of the cash.

Everton are fantastic at home and David Moyes has worked miracles there on the budget he's had.

I think we have proven this season that on our day we can match anyone. At the same time, on one of our off days we're liable to get thrashed. I'm going for 2-0 to us. Also think Arsenal and Spurs will slip up.

there home form has been amazing, plus a win will allow them to finish above Liverpool and that is going to give the Evertons players a real drive to get bragging rights. I'm expecting a tight game.
