Is it right? I can run through another few high altitude South American towns if needed. If right Strolls actually knew rather than guessed for 50% of the answer, so the question is his to set.
My Peruvian geography let me down. And it’s not Cuzco? Ayacucho (I’m just picking names from a map of Peru now).
I came across this in an article recently, which prompted the question.... After Brazil's goalless draw against Bolivia during 2018 World Cup Qualifiers, which was played on Estadio Hernando Siles Stadium, La Paz, the Brazilian players needed some oxygen refreshment after their game at such a high altitude. Estadio Hernando Siles is not the highest stadium in the world. Estadio Víctor Agustín Ugarte, another stadium in Bolivia, is even higher with an altitude of 3,960 meters (12,992 ft). However, the highest stadium in the world is Estadio Daniel Alcides Carrión located Cerro de Pasco in Peru with an altitude of 4,380 meters (13,973 ft) above sea level. This stadium is used by football team Unión Minas. This from Wikipedia.... Cerro de Pasco (population 70,000) is a city in central Peru, located at the top of the Andean mountains. It is the capital of the Pasco region, and an important mining center. At 4,330 metres (14,210 ft) elevation, it is one of the highest cities in the world, and the highest or the second highest city with over 50,000 inhabitants, with elevation reaching up to 4,380 m in the Yanacancha area. It is connected by road and by rail to the capital Lima, as far as 300 km. I've just realised that this a really bad question because these answers might be correct, but they're just not the answer I'm looking for.
Not semen is it...I seem to remember this fact...it was something you could carry with you unless your a girl Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
Semen is what I was looking for (if you get what I mean). It was approved by the Deputy Head of Military Intelligence in France, Mansfield Cumming (you couldn't make it up) but was soon abandoned because of the smell the receiver got.
