never had a fault with the tech advisers on the rare occasion ive had to call Karoo , we may be shafted on deals and bundles but the tech support is free to consumers and prompt , from friends living on other networks they always seem to have a hell of a time when they need tech support - and its not free
Dongles are like strikers, cheap ones will surprise occasionally, whereas expensive ones will occasionally disappoint; they are all a bit hit and miss really! I have a Matty Fryatt dongle; you guessed it, I spend a long time waiting, then everything downloads at once!
OLM's right. Calls won't get through after 7.30pm. The 8pm clause will just be in case you need to mop up any remaining calls in the queue.
Not been home since Thursday, but had a look last night. The laptop is connected to router, but the internet isn't loading. All our phones are connected with no problems The laptop is 3 months old.
Well I use 3 Broadband when I am outside the KC area and I have found them to be the equal of any fixed system, including Karoo which I rate.
I don't get all the hate for KC tbh. Its simarlarly priced to BT and everythings UK based as opposed to somewhere in asia... plus its the only isp in the UK where the networks backed up
