I think we'd be daft to part with either of them at this point in the window.

Fellaini has 3 years left & will be worth the same if not more, next summer, & Baines is vital to our team, plus he's a good lad, so I can't see him chucking his teddy out - ergo he stays.

We've all known for ages that Felli would go at some point, I just think unless really daft money lands, that point shouldn't be now, **** 'em.

I think there's two things myself.

1. you are right that for that money you keep them. this late on unless you've got who you want lined up and were jsut waiting for action you'd be mad to weaken so much.

2. realistically when lescott got into it with moyes of his move to city I firmly believe it affect your season then. There are only 2 weeks left AND Ok neither player might kick up a fuss but it could happen and you could be left with a big mess come sept.

I think personally in LFc's case the suarez fall out has been delayed due to his ban and i think the impact of his return if we don't sell could be bad on "the group" LFC can afford it until January but can everton afford their best two players to be unhappy.... well probably more than losing them.

Cove, honestly gerrez is right. you are probably top 3 in proper posters on this board. we are that bad. Your work is excellent and much appreciated and i wish people would actually try to match ti.

I can't see Baines trying to force a move but I can imagine Felliani doing it.

Well, after Assaïdi I'm a bit sceptic if it would help. You got all positions covered three times. Get rid of players like Adams and you could replace them with Wijnaldum, Maher, Siem de Jong in the next couple of years. Especially Siem de Jong would be a great addition to Liverpool, has played with Suarez in the past a a link up player as an attacking midfielder. But can also play on the CM and RM positions. Very versatile player who has a knack for making goals with the head from corner kicks or free kicks.

On the subject of Not606, derails are pissing me off! I made a nice thread about Joga Bonito, log out for about 30 mins, come back and I thought ooh, 17 comments! All ****e.. If you've got nothing to say fair enough, but filling it full of **** is frustrating!! <grr>
