Eventually fifa will kill off pro. It out sells it massively. Then all ea have to do is release the same game every year.... Twice a year occasionally and watch the same people buy it.

Football games are ideal candidates for annual dlc imo.

I never read magazines and rarely look at the reviews. Can't remember the last time I "bought a game" <laugh>
 
Got PS4 lined up for X-mas and glad I avoided getting it straight away. Some little issues here and there that all new systems have. XBONE will have the same thing, always part of the process. <ok>

Currently on second season of Liverpool manager mode in FIFA but just can't get into it with all the games, shows, and now footy manager going on! <laugh>

Need a new game, waiting for that MGS5 that game is going to be awesome.

I tend to buy Fifa every other year, that way you tend to feel the differences more. In the years I don't buy it, if I'm bored and can be bothered, I go through and update most of the main teams with the new transfers that have happened that year.

I disagree. Yes EA have more cash to advertise, but they also pump a lot more cash into the game. A few years ago everyone was saying how PES was the sim and FIFA was the arcade version. So EA decided to beat PES at it's own game and succeeded. Even now playing Fifa 14, which is the worst for a few years, it's far better than any PES I've played.

Also I don't think you can really compare apple to a computer game, because generally the computer games are all the same price. You're not paying for FIFA's name any more than you are PES. The reason people choose FIFA is because it's better overall. The reason people buy apple is because they're sheep.

I do agree that it's a shame that there aren't other footie games around, like new versions of like Adidas Power Soccer or something. That game was great.

Same but there were a few glitches. I always played a 4312 (obviously ahead of my time) with Stéphane Chapuisat in the hole. Used to buy him for about £6m and sell him after a season for about £10m-£12m before immediately buying him back again for £6m and repeat <laugh>

I used to change all the names to my football team players names, (under 16s team) happy days

I used to have an F1 game on Atari St as well which would only load 50% of the time but when it did I loved playing that!
 
Just downloaded Bioshock: Infinite and the DLC Buried at Sea ( Rapture before Rapture was ****ed)...... FIFA 14 is good but there is something about the game that just doesn't seem right??? I already beat Diablo with all classes and need a rest from that..... Need the PS4 and the new games!!!
 
Ok. Some of the new features on cod were cool. But after playing it for a few hours it soon turned into the usual crap. Traded it in for BF4, much better game all round.

Just the usual cod crap. Probably what UIR was saying. Shame. There is one good game mode called Search and rescue.
