Qualifying is annoying though, one shot is tough, especially if you make a slight error at somewhere like Brazil as its such a fast track you end up at the back of the grid so easily. I did a slight wheel skid and got sixth <doh>

Yeah so did It was v good.

Hopefully next season we'll be closer more on tracks!

Yeah it is, I went wide and got 19th I think it was!

I prefer American tack to Brazil though I think

Thing is, they do actually move out your way but you don't know which way they'll move <laugh> Fortunately, I landed well on all of them; first two were on a straight (easy to pass), next two were in the chicane (they both went really narrow) and last was on the fast bend leading into the home straight (he stood no chance, I blizzed him!).

I liked the yank track but struggled in qualifying as that was my first ever lap! Once I'd done two or three laps I got going. Happy with fourth from 19th (I think)

McClaren? I was thinking them myself, or Lotus. Two Birtish teams, lets go McClaren

Keep Q as is, we dont want you getting more familiar with tracks <whistle>

On one player I never do practice, I do normal Qualifying though where its like an hour (once youve put in a good lap you can speed up the time to the next session) and the 6 slowest or however many it is drop out, and then the next 6 in the next half an hour then the quickest 10 shoot it out in 15 mins for pole

Then as you know I go on to do a 50% race

Thats good but would take to long, if one of us had got to the next session and the other hadnt we'd be waiting for the other one to put in a lap quick enough and it might not happen

Anyway, lets just keep it as it is.

You're obv better than me atm and this way it keeps changing tracks so you dont get too familiar, but then I have the same prob!

But its quite exciting to have the one sprint lap though as well so lets just leave it as it is
 
What mode do you play on? Easy, hard, professional? I dunno what modes you have.

Oh btw, didn't take me long to get back to playing well on cod. Played one in the chamber, went 11 kills without dying. <ok>

Semi Easy (2 out of 5) I think


2012 version I had it on the hardest which was professional on that (think this hardest one is legend?) but this version is much harder, in a good way. Gives the game a longer life

If Gerrez keeps running away with races then we will have to turn it up, make it harder for me but also for him too

One in the chamber, yeah those games are good. I usually play Domination or Head Quarters though. On Sat I was to pissed to play F1 so like I say fired cod up and could do that fine!

You want to get on MW3 mate to warm up for Ghosts, it will be more like MW 3 than B Ops 2

To the last bit, yeh I know but mw3 was downstairs and black ops was in my room and I couldn't be arsed to go downstairs <laugh>

Good shout on the qualifying and only one of progressing <ok> My problem with the one lap is my competitiveness, I want to be on pole and probably try too hard to get it which inevitably ends with a **** up putting me near the back <doh>

Not sure if it would be different online though as this would be a bit silly. If I get chance, I'll have a read on the website <ok>

I like the Lotus but, performance wise, I'm not sure the Lotus would be much different to the AMG? Yeah, lets go McLaren <ok>
