This F1 game any good then? I had the one about 3 or 4 years ago and it was ok but got a bit bored of it after a while because was all quite similar after a while.

Like the sound of having an online team mate that you can race against/with - don't know anyone with Ps3 that has one though. What's the 1 player mode like or the single player online mode?

I was catching eight & seventh for ages, just about caught them and they started to pull away from me. They finished 10s ahead. The guy behind me was 10s away too so I was a proper loner
