Why do we need to book medicals? Surely we can conduct them ourselves in our state of the art A grade Academy
Jessica always got the culprit because the murderer would always drop a bollock and say something that 'only the murderer would know!' Or entice a full blown confession after revealing ropey circumstantial evidence! I remember watching one where she gained evidence at the crime scene which consisted of a piece of torn clothing attached to a jagged nail! Class! I just wonder how many nephews or close family friends she has getting out of the clanger by revealing the real murderer!?
Jess Fletch would also drop a hilarious joke at the end, always. She also gave birth to our current player of thr same name.
It's this Weekend, I've typed Aug rather than July. Well I'm not an ITK person, and don't profess to be, however, this info came by pure chance after chatting to a mate I haven't heard from for donkeys years. He, by chance, during conversation this morning, said that he'd heard this information through another medical colleague. They are both not into footy, so there was no reason for him to wind me up. He just mentioned he knew something about medicals relating to Sunderland Football Club after I said that I can't wait for the season to start. He thought I was a Boro supporter until I told him otherwise, it was then that he said he said he'd make a quick phone call to his colleague to confirm this info. Well, I just hope these are players and not coaching staff etc.
United players go to the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle for medicals and minor operations and stuff, it's a Bupa hospital. I often wondered why clubs don't have their own medical facilities with all the money flying around but I think, don't take this as gospel, it might be something to do with the insurance companies that insure the players.
Fair do's, I just assumed having this sort of equipment would have been facilities required for top grade academies. Bolton famously did their own with their state of the art Sports science facilities didn't they?
Yeah probably, although it probably wasn't worth insuring the players they bought, they were all 40+ Mind you, back in the day remember some of the silky skills Jay Jay Okocha used to bless us all with... yes Jay Jay!
I wonder if that would still work in this league, buying a mature squad, full of experience for pittance. QPR are as close as you'll see to that I reckon this season.
Dinnar mate, not too many I wouldn't have thought. I always think it's good to have a really experienced in the middle of the park. What I'd do for a pirlo or a Sneijder in the middle. But would I like a Kuyt for a wide man? Would I ****
****ing hope Saggy takes them down with 6 points (from the mags obviously). They're the epitome of everything that's wrong with football. Big names on silly money (relatively for a 20k club). Caulker is going there - not for the money of course, just for the quality football and because QPR are a massive club! Yeah righto Steven! Rio looked past it when we played you lot at the end of the season. Can't handle the young, fit strikers anymore so can;t see him being a big asset - another Ekotto possibly (although he is a better player that that)
Had a decent world cup did Kuyt but I must admit I was a bit disturbed about the rumours of him joining us, thank **** that's all they were. Rio was ****ed mate, no idea why he didn't just retire. His mind is working twice as fast as his feet, he's an outstanding reader of the game but for a while now he's just not been able to do anything about it. Maybe if he went to Italy with Vida he'd have been ok, but I think under Stupid Arry he's gonna look poor. Not a fan of how they go about their business, they're going to be hit with all kinds of sanctions and fines I'd imagine when the annuals are released, wouldn't surprised me at all to see them docked points at some stage.
