Really interesting and he makes a lot of good points. I've always felt the psychological side of the game (any competitive sport) is a big factor in success but it doesn't seem like it gets any attention. Good on him.

2 great moments from Luke yesterday:
1) Getting his yellow card for a piggyback on Alex Scott! A superb moment of banter in the game and stopping the counter attack without having to kick or injury his opponent.
2) His entrance to the stadium (seen on Access All Areas). He doesn't just say hello to the security and the social media blokes. He goes and shakes the hand of about 6 people stood there, asks them how they're doing and then goes up to the kids waiting to go into the dressing room and gives them all high fives, making them feel great.
O'Nien must be brilliant to have around the club, not just for his on-pitch efforts, but in the dressing room and more importantly, as a person. It's a privilege to have him at our club.

That and the beach ball are to two funniest in game things I've seen live in there.
The 2 other funniest none in game was full time and Villa Park, and the rage on the Man U fans when they didn't win the leauge.
