5 egg ham and cheese omelette. Added a bit of cream for a smooth eggy base, and also a few dashes of tabasco.

Mustard coated ham (Belgian) and some Irish cheddar. Filling to say the least.
 
Yesterday I had an omelette with fruit preserve in it, I call it The Jam Omelette.
