Had omelette for me dinner and used onion,mushrooms,sliced rashers.I fried them off first then added me egg mixture which contained 3 eggs,milk,freshly chopped parsley,black pepper and mature cheddar.To finish it off stuck it under grill with more cheese and I have to say it was gorgeous,thank God or Mon for this thread.
