Had a five mainly yoke one this morning.
She made a pavlova for with dinner so had loads of yokes left. I had a cheese and ham.
They're better with the whites in.

Haggis, asparigis and pooled chichen tecka enfyused with mint and corrie ander chives topped off with soya been and ceesaer dressing.
I like cheese and tuna. And I do add a splash of milk and season the mix, not the finished omelette.
Always do the cook in butter.

Take one whole chicken. Shove half a dozen eggs up it's bum.
Give it a good shake, then shove it in the oven on the lowest heat.
Go up the battle cruiser, get langerred.
Come home, take the chicken out the oven, fry it in butter, and presto; chicken omelette, sort of.
