They aren't supposed to be permanent i dont think.

They got one under the tower, gonna have all the cool events there like bmx and break dancing and skateboarding
so bit like the beach volleyball on horse guards parade in 2012 then .
One of the actual benefits of 2012 is the number of facilities that are still in use unlike Barcelona Athens etc

Do you mean the Eiffel Tower Stadium, if so I thought that was for volleyball. It will be dismantled after the olympics.

2012 is over man

Yeh, cool as huh

Yeah it looks cool, but if it's pissing down it's going to be very open to the elements.

Didn't we build something similar in one of the London Parks, the one that short cuts through from Westminster to Buckingham Palace (iirc)?

Edit: I must be thinking of Horse Guards Parade. Oh and the park I was thinking of was St James Park...no not the one in Newcastle lol

My lad is in Paris for the 5th, 6th and 7th, with my grandson as well, so don't want no shhite out there.

Not as far as I've seen mate.

Well France's recent record of hosting major sporting events is questionable at best. No chance I'd have gone personally.

Certainly not a great start.
