It's the most fascinating of all the disciplines because the leaders have to know who is challenging them and where they are during the race as well. Very tricky. Well done Laura Trott!

Target for team gb was 48 medals, we're on 47 the same as Beijing right now, what a great achievement and still so much of the games left
We'll pass that easily imo. Didn't realise that Becky James wasn't predicted to do that well so she's performed brilliantly to get a silver.
With the sailing gold we can't get until tomorrow we have equaled it. Let's hope Kenny takes us past it!!
