Just like the media no one on here seems to want to talk about this Old Git<whistle>

They’re in denial whilst contemplating having a fourth clot shot <yikes> and don’t want to see the clear evidence that it doesn’t stop you getting it or spreading it.

What benefit do they now see in it <confused> it destroys your immune system for a start.

Maybe they’re waiting to hear the advice of the new Health Secretary, the morbidly obese Dr Coffin <laugh> <whistle>

I'm open minded about a 4th Jab. I work with the elderly, so I need to be protecting them best I can and so far, I have escaped having Covid as has my wife. All the kids and their families have had it some of them twice. Has being jabbed three times helped me? My wife felt poorly after the 3rd and reading a few horror stories and having friends who had strange things happen she said no way is she having a 4th

<laugh> That’s probably more the reason Olof - and they don’t want to give you the credit for being right all along <whistle>

If I could be bothered looking up the comments on here I bet there’s some right corkers <yikes>

“follow the science…..must follow the science” <doh>

I'm open-minded mate, I know it doesn't prevent the spread and that you are still open to catching it. What I don't know for sure is how it helps you when and if you do catch it.

Without the jab, if I caught it would I end up in hospital. With the jab if I caught it would I just feel rough for a few days, that's the question nobody can really answer

As you say nobody can answer that. I have had the jabs and have had covid, but needed proof of vaccination for travelling.

Same here I had the shots because I have had 2 previous heart attacks so presumed I would be more susceptible to being very ill if I got the covid....I got it and just a bit rough for about 3 days..... regarding the proof of vaccination I have on my last 2 jaunts abroad no one has bothered to ask for any, I very much doubt the 4th shot will be piercing my skin it's now bordering on ridiculous

I've been to Ireland 4 or 5 times in the last year and never been asked anything at either airport never been jabbed, never had a test, only thing I had was a location form and no one asked to see it, load of ****ing bollox

Secondary school teacher Enoch Burke will remain in Mountjoy Prison for at least another week, after refusing to give an undertaking that he would obey a High Court order.

The temporary injunction preventing him from attending or attempting to teach at the school where he works, Wilson's Hospital in Co Westmeath, was granted by the court last week and was in effect until today.

The disciplinary process began after Burke confronted his then principal in public at a school event in June about his opposition to addressing a transitioning student with a new name and using the "they" pronoun.
