Anybody but thick Davis should be.
I'm sure a man of your standing wouldn't take **** from anyone, unelected ****s trying to bully you, coming the ****,taking the ****ing piss telling you how its gonna be in a negotiation, asking for a shedload of money before you start talking, yeah, a man like you would tell the ****s who won the ****ing war and to go **** themselves wouldn't you mate?

Nigel Dodds said at lunchtime there should be no problem sorting the border between N and S out. They have similar controls for Norway and Switzerland and no reason they couldn't work here. He feels it is just Ireland and the EU putting barriers up to make negotiations awkward.

I would ensure that Britain got the best possible deal/// nuff sed

I also see that the wonderful EU with all their brilliant ideas and rules have decided which location should house the EMA by the toss of a coin <doh>

If you do that then you make Northern Ireland citizens have to go through a different procedure to what English citizens have to do when travelling to Wales or Scotland - which again is a line in the sand for the DUP. (they're quite big on symbolism... they're prepared to fight on whether they can march with bowlers hats and orange flags so I'm pretty sure they'll throw Theresa May's government overboard to ensure they have the same rights as everyone else in the Union)

Bowler hats! :emoticon-0130-devil:emoticon-0130-devil

But both Switzerland and Norway are part of the Schengen Area unlike Ireland and the UK.

I am still chuckling at these thick remoaners.

A few days ago they were moaning about crops rotting in fields because EU immigrants are leaving in there droves, and now they are fretting about EU immigrants getting in via Northern Ireland <laugh>

So the Poles and Romanians that are here legally are going to fook off home so they can try to get here illegally foregoing the right to any benefits they may get in the process?
We were very lucky they couldn't vote in the referendum as 3 million more thick people in the thicko corner and they might have won <yikes>

Well, if Nigel said it, it must be true.

Well as a thick remoaner maybe I can make it clearer to our six knuckle dragging brethren in South Bermondsey.

Yes I care whether there is another people to work picking crops and generally helping prop up the ageing population. But no I don’t care if people come across via a border between Ireland and Norther Ireland or Northern Ireland and Great Britain. What I do care about is there being a solution to this issue that doesn’t reignite civil war. Obviously could suggest a fairly obvious solution that currently exists but if you want to take that option away then you’ve got to come up with a workable alternative

So the fact that they are not the same might also be the reason why similar solutions might not work the same?

I was referring to soft electronic borders for trade rather than controlling immigration or the free movement of people into and out of countries.
