Maybe that's the problem then,I've noticed you all like to change the subject to gay things and spank mags when you lose a discussion. Why is that ? ps I think you are the only one of us that's lived in manchester, manc.
Update on Tommy's court case, Judges say they need time to deliberate and will try their best to do it before end of July. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...sentence-latest-a8452271.html?page=1#liveblog
What are you not sucking up this time... Somebody that wants to stop you ****s wrecking the country and this is how you thank them...
This article is very interesting, and somewhat hypercritical. The Judges allowed people to make live tweets etc in the court room, then, after they leave to deliberate, they put a reporting gag on the case......it don't make sense, that's saying 2 + 2 = 5. They say if a Jury takes a long time to come to a decision, it is more in favour of a not guilty verdict that guilty, I think the same could be said for the 3 Judges. The fact they have to go and deliberate says there are flaws in how the last trial was conducted, and whether Tommy is / was in fact guilty of anything. It's also been said the deliberation is because 1 Judge wasn't in favour of a verdict in favour of Tommy Robinson, not sure if that's correct or not, so can't speculate. The link put up by DBC, and a later updated version by myself is not the whole transcript of the case, many more things were put forward by, and debated by Tommy's team. What did seem to come out in court was the disgusting way Tommy was treated, and how he was forbidden his due process, something Judge Marsons admitted later. I'm sure that is something the 3 Judges will take a close look at.
The corruption and treacherous attitude of Theresa the Witch May. May is running scared, so much so she's resorting to threats for the second time, it's only a matter of time before a leadership challenge is put forward. One must wonder, who's offered her what?
The reporting restrictions apply for the parts of the case that directly involve/discuss the ongoing trial in Leeds that are still subject to reporting restrictions. The judges were happy for there to be live tweeting apart from these sections - it's clearly mentioned in the Independent link when they occur. Some discussion on what happened and speculation on what may happen here (but with the important note from the author 'emphasising that we still do not know the full facts – transcripts of what happened at Leeds Crown Court, for example, were before the Court of Appeal and will be vital in establishing the key issues (e.g. whether the contempt was put to Y-L; what procedure was followed; what was said in mitigation), and the parties referred to written submissions that have not yet been made public') https://thesecretbarrister.com/2018/07/18/tommy-robinsons-appeal-what-happened/
