Gridlocked roads,no houses,40 kids per class in schools. And the whole fookin worlds population won't fit in.

Invest in better public transport infrastructure to reduce gridlocked roads (increasing jobs both in creation and then running of public transport).

Build more housing which again increases jobs. Also at the same time improve infrastructure and move government offices and resources and work across the UK to stop the unsustainable pressure on SE England.

90% of children who attend state schools in UK are in class sizes of 30 or less but those being taught in classes of 36 or more has trebled since 2011 - so again get rid of the Tories austerity cuts and increase the funding for schools and employ more teachers.

This is taken from a standard contract template;

  1. Hours of work

The Employee’s normal working hours are:

Monday from to

Tuesday from to

Wednesday from to

Thursday from to

Friday from to

Saturday from to

Sunday from to

This is a total of [Number]hours per week.

The Employee may be required to work such further hours as may be necessary to fulfil his/her duties or the needs of the business. Whenever possible, [Responsible manager] will give the Employee reasonable notice of any additional hours.

With the option of the following waiver
[The Employee agrees that his/her average weekly working hours may be in excess of those prescribed by law (“the Waiver”). The Waiver will remain in force indefinitely but the Employee may give the Employer not less than three months’ notice in writing of his/her intention to terminate the Waiver.]

However if the government remove the Working Time Regulations then this would be the significant part of the contract and your contract would remain unchanged but force you to work extra or be in breach of contract and lose your job

The Employee may be required to work such further hours as may be necessary to fulfil his/her duties or the needs of the business. Whenever possible, [Responsible manager] will give the Employee reasonable notice of any additional hours.
LOL looks nothing like any contract I've ever seen or signed, try again.

I think you'll find that a global banking crisis had more to do with it than my lot.

But as interest rates are historically low should have been borrowing to invest rather than to reduce the deficit.

It's a fairly standard contract these dates - just google standard uk employment contract templates and I'm sure you'll find most resemble it.

https://www.gov.uk/employment-contracts-and-conditions/written-statement-of-employment-particulars
But in the real world, not google world, don't think so.If anyone apart from you and Glory has this contract can you let us know please.Lets see how fairly standard it is,will be very surprised if anyone has this contracton here.

There are thousands less going to hospitals but unfortunately they are likely to be the staff.

10,000 EU nationals who work for the NHS have left since Brexit which is an increase of 22% on last year and 42% on the year previously.

And the number of people applying for NHS positions from the EU has reduced by 89%.

And we currently have 40,000 nursing vacancies in the UK.

So the NHS has suffered a great deal more due to staff leaving and not applying than by the reduction of EU immigrants.

Because 85% of EU immigrants were in work (paying taxes here) and the average age of the EU immigrant was 34 (compared to 41 for the native population) they have been big contributors rather than takers when it comes to the NHS.

Meanwhile Non Eu immigration which is and has been consistently higher than EU immigration hasn't changed.

In May 2016 it was 86,000 - so since the referendum the number of nursing vacancies has almost halved <cheers>

Once its in and the world doesn't end, after 6 months them thinking its great will be about 75% of the population, there will then be an election and Corbyn will get 20% max.

I agree Chesh, what some don't realise, especially the EU dictators is, everyone within the EU, and the world have, and are watching how the EU dictators have been treating Britain, and it isn't good.
Already reduced immigration by over 84,000,which means there must be about 20,000 more houses available than there would have been, will also mean there will be thousands less going hospitals, less unemployed, which will rais wages in time.win win <ok>

I'll take a punt Chesh and say those figures may be based on Muslim men having 4 wives......:emoticon-0105-wink:
