OLM baiting

OLM is a good guy, I've followed his posts since I went on 606 in 2007 (didn't have a computer till then, but internet shopping converted me to them), and I think me him and Spanner were the first three posters on here. There's only a couple on here that should be banned for trolling/wumming/ and most people would probably agree, but to his credit OLM lets them have the right to express their opinions even if they talk total ****e, I take my hat off to the man! <hug>

You won't find any argument from me on what you have said about OLM.
 
I agree with 7797100 (good user name) but OLM lets these numpties post even though they talk the worst kind of negative bollocks possible when it would be easier just to ban them, I was a moderator on the F1 forum here and had to jack it in as was tempted to ban half the posters so it takes a lot of restraint. WhiteRose and Sagegee have named the two worst ones and they deserve all the abuse they get, i don't agree with the 'easier to hunt in packs' argument I saw DJ write as if they didn't go out of their way to rile half the people on here then nobody would say a thing I'm sure.
 
I dont know why people want to slag off OLM, he's a decent guy wth a passion for HCFC like most of us here.

Hi Nick. I agree with OLM's stance on the individuals you refer to, as both do come out with comments that are relevant, and sensible, from time to time. But,IMO,it is the constant bilge-water that is spilled by them that annoys the bulk of the posters.

If the tables were turned, and e.g., you were the only positive poster on this board, would you like to be banned for staying in a positive frame of mind? I wouldn't, but I believe a few of them would have a "pack" mentality more so than they perceive other are carrying out at the moment.
Hopefully you come to agree with OLM's stance as I believe it is the correct and proper way for him to carry out his duties as a Mod.
 
On a personal note i would like to meet him & buy him a pint of Guinness.

Without OLM & a lot of you guys most of us wouldn't know whats going within & around the club.

Looking forward to next season already, with all the transfer banter making it even more exciting by the day.

Iv pretty much stopped coming on here as im gettin fed up of strolling through ****e to find something interesting. I just log on and flick through the titles occasionally read a couple of posts but thats it. I prefered the original 606 was just simple football and not pointless bickering. Ban the attention seeking twats they've had enough time to change their game turn this back into a football forum.

I would rather this was just a site about Hull City. I know i'm in the minority but I would rather just talk about football then the size of the tits on the babe of the day. There's not really any other popular option sadly.I'm greatful for Mick providing this site but it isn't a patch on 606.

I'd love to say I agree, but I've made 241 posts on Newcastle United's 'Sexy Poll' thread.

In other words, I'm a mucky twat and that's why I love threads such as 'Babe of the Day'. <ok>
