It's only Craig Hope saying it FFS. Why is everyone panicking like it's gospel?
We've rarely bought players press quoted in advance, so let's just see what actually happens in the summer.

Hope's a ****housery journo an'all - he's on these forums, make no mistake, getting an idea of what the fans would hate to hear to stir the pot of discontent. As has been said before, Bruce was wrong 99% of the time, but right about Hope.

Come on, fella, you already know the answer! Because we'd get thruppence for some of our utter garbage yet have to pay at least £30m to replace them. I mean, Livra and Barnes are decent, but £42m and £35m?! For what were effectively Championship players?! It just doesn't get you very far.

If it was down to Newcastle fans they'd have chased Joelinton out the club and had Hayden playing in cm.
