This is Upton Park as I remember it. Lovely compact little ground. I used to go as an Arsenal fan there on away days, and I'd also go with mates and watch West Ham in the home end too.

I was on Match of the Day long ago at a West Ham game when somebody shot over the bar, in the replay you can see me in slow motion giving him the ****er sign <laugh>

The City ground is a lovely stadium. Right on the banks of the Trent. Forest were a ****ing good team back in the 80's too.

Away end at Forest <ok>

The Chavs were a yo-yo team in the 80's. I don't know the figures, but they used to get **** attendances sub 20k regularly.

I think everyone's took a dip in 80's didn't they? But yeah theirs were really poor considering they try and say they were always a big club <whistle>

Football was probably at it's ****tiest in the early and mid 80's. Hooliganism was rife and the old grounds were dilapidated. Thatcher hated the working class and football fans were considered to be the scum of society, so yeah attendances took a dip. Highbury used to get 25k crowds sometimes. But the some of the attendances at Stamford Bridge were atrocious. I'm sure somebody could look it up.

Forest was the first game i took my nephew to. Bit of a treck in midweek.

But he's diehard now, never misses a game. I'm glad he enjoyed it that much.

The Kop at Anfield in the 80's. Sorry Utd fans, as amazing as Old Trafford is, this is the noisest terrace I've ever heard. Those scouse ****s didn't stop signing when I went there.

Great club Forest. Would love to see them back in the top flight. It's where they belong.

WHL had a capacity of around 58k in the 60's, which was then reduced in the 70's when they started adding more and more seats.
Wrong.

They had 70k plus all the time, I have it as gospel truth on another thread.

Hiag has said so.
