You know what I meant. He's had a tough start adjusting in a non dominant team. I've never said he was a "fraud" just needed to adjust...

But it's not a lie to say he struggled... I have no problem with a player struggling in their first year in league. His attitude has been great. His skill is obvious...

He definitely struggled but also showed chest signs of quality too. Ask the talk of him having no goals or assists previously completely ignore the game play; he should have a lot more than he's on. He's quality, I'd argue is it best player tbh, the team should be built around him.

Pace of play had nothing to do with today's result.

I'll say it again. 32 shots, 11 on target, a missed penalty and and of 2.93.

No other team that has played today has got anywhere close to those numbers.
Where has it got us? Don't care about statistics I care about results. Its like Hodgson all over again.

If this was a one off, I’d completely agree with you. Unfortunately, it is far from it. Every match day feels like Groundhog Day.

I agree on that Z. If you buy a play maker for big money... Build a team around them.

The reality is however, we played one of the poorest sides in the Premier League, likely Championship bound, at Anfield, and we drew 1-1 with them. That is the statistic that is important. Patience is wearing thin now, this is simply not good enough

Bournemouth, Newcastle then City next I think we'll see our league position drop drastically, when the people behind the scenes realise we're not getting top 4 that'll be it.

Definitely. Five MOTM awards in the last seven games, and seven goal involvement. But have the media mentioned it? Yeah, right. He's the in form player ATM, not a peep <laugh>
