He put a lot of effort in, and that's mostly what I ask of any player - but yeah, he's just not firing like he used to.Only seeing the highlights. And putting the emotion aside. But Salah with a poor miss from Chiesa pass, then a shocking pass to Robertson when was 3 on 1, does show the form he’s in this season.

Final touches were off, but he was excellent tbh. Was clearly over eager to find a teammate, trying to get across his respect for the team maybe? Don’t know - but he seemed to have a lot of joy in this system, half the trouble has been he isn’t involvedOnly seeing the highlights. And putting the emotion aside. Good win against Brighton, we are close to festive period and games are coming within short period of time. Liverpool will be above Tottenham in the league when this game is played. Tottenham have lost to Forest which will certainly make the game a very high tempo.We would be better off with Elkie Brooks......Referee has been appointed for this game, He is John Brooks,
