Ref cannot over turn a free outside the box on var. He can only upgrade to pen or not.

Personally I didnt think it was handball, but if the ref thinks it is then its a pen.
Always nice to see the officials are still in Real's pocket... brings a sense of continuity to the world

Wasn't a free kick, wasn't a pen.. understand the talk of that's not the rules but wasn't either.
If that was explained clearly as clear and obvious error that hand in in box then they check if its deliberate that's one thing. But its a free outside the box so they've just said it was a pen but then ok its a harsh call.

Apparently no second yellows for a dive either? Couldn’t possibly send off a Madrid player, especially vini jnr the darling.
The ref seems to want to get in put players way but hes just ignored a dive there.
