Off Topic Old comedy shows.

I was brought up on that.

They just don't show them anymore which is so sad.

I'd love to see them all again but my kids would probably just find that old stuff crap and won't have the time of day for it.

I'm not sure what I'd think of them now my sense of humour has become so much more cynical and a little warped but I'd like to watch them with my little girl and see if she likes them.

I've noticed that she laughs when she sees people falling over and stuff like that so she might like a bit of classic slapstick.

Talking about old ****, its not exactly a comedy, but The Day Of The Triffids is on Sky343 at the minute.

That takes me back a way as well.

Massive fan of Bob, less so Vic. All their stuff cracks me up, some more than others, but also liked House of Fools...

Have you tried Athletico Mince yet? Funny as ****

I haven't fella. Just googled it so will give it a blast at some point. <ok>:)

First few podcasts are a bit slow, a bit like a good series, then it just gets funnier. The fact his partner in crime is a Sunderland fan - Andy Dawson - should make it even more entertaining for you and others on here. There's a fair bit of North east ribbing and banter that goes on. Anyway, enjoy!
