Like the setup focusing on their left side so far. It's also clear that Big Sam has drilled his team into being all over Suarez, so we need Sterling & Coutinho to create the chances.
If Sterling keeps running in behind & Coutinho picks him out , there will be chances. Hopefully we come out with our shooting boots on.
I agree, we can't rely on Suarez all the time and if others chip in it will give opposition managers a headache.

That's why having both Suarez & Sturridge worked so well. Defenders couldn't double mark both of them so when trying to mark one out the game it created space for the other.
