We desperately needed that. West ham will play for the draw and now they can't just sit back and defend. They must attack and hopefully open up a bit. Just don't let them score.

Sounds like Suarez is having a shocker at the moment? Typical given his performance against Norwich Keep heading Sterling's name in good attacking positions though, he playing well?
Very impressed with Sterling, that's more like it! Kept the ball in tight areas, tried to make things happened but also showed quality at times. Him, Sahko and Allen our best three players that half.
Sterling should maybe have done better but it was difficult - goalkeeper coming out, two strong defenders tussling with him. Think he and Joe Allen have looked miles better today than previously. Suarez a little off so far but is being very well marked.
Knew he'd come good Things stay like this we'll go 3rd, 1 point above City, 1 point below Chelsea. 8 points ahead of United and 6 above Spurs who have a game in hand and we play next week.
Suarez looks a bit off the pace, but Sterling is playing well as is Coutinho. Henderson is looking busy but most of his passes have been back to the defence
He's not having a shocker, he's getting involved but his shooting is a bit off. If he keeps going the same in the second then he'll get at least one
Allen's playing well () as are most of the team, but Wham are sitting back and hoping to just catch a goal on the counter or by set piece. We should have lots of the ball and more shots in the second half. Sterling's playing well and making some great runs, but needs to work on his shooting
I think every one of our players has given the ball away at some point in that match. Sterling playing much better but suffering the same issue as all our attackers this match, no finish but fair play if he keeps improving. Final balls been suspect but it's packed and tight and I thought we've done ok keeping the pressure on with quick short passing considering our midfields not brilliant at it. Johnson......
As usual we need at least 1 maybe 2 more goals. West ham have parked the bus but are dangerous for maybe 1 goal on the brake.
Both Sterlings and Suarez's (laid off by Sterling) chances were difficult as the ball was on their wrong side. However, they both tried to use their right foot making the chances harder!
