I know all the talk is about Europe at the minute and so it should be, but has anyone heard who our next shirt sponsor might be?
I’d like to think that the new front of shirt sponsor would have already been arranged and agreed but price based on 3 different scenarios- No Europe, Conference or Europa

Aye I’d wager that’s exactly where it’s sat.

Might even be multiple companies who are now being asked to submit finals.

I hope Hummel do us a special ‘Euro shirt’, seen rumours of an Elvis themed black and pink away/3rd

Maybe mate. There’s definitely standing used maybe it’s something you have to apply for.

Yellow wall is safe standing.

Yellow wall is steep old fashioned terracing with occasional barriers to break it up.

Aye they have different system to ours with the barrier rows and what they call wave breakers.

Quite topical actually cos they currently battling UEFA who trying to make them change it, whilst Bundesliga say is fine.

Suppose what a league classes as ‘safe standing’ can be wildly different.

I was surprised it wasn't rail standing but I didn't feel unsafe in it.

It was segregated into areas and you couldn't move around the stand from your designated area.

The amount of beer that was drank was insane! I lost count of how many of those cardboard pint carriers passed over my head :emoticon-0102-bigsm

It was worth it. Last game of the season last year which they had to win to get a Champions League place, They did so it was a party atmosphere afterwards.

Daughter's 18th birthday present. Nice girly trip out to a German football match :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Went to a game at Frankfurt a few years ago. Needless to say it was all impeccably organized in the stadium and on the train there. Absurd amounts of drinking and not a whiff of trouble. Really top notch.

(Mind you, when the home end - all decked out in red and black - started chanting in unison and waving huge flags with eagles on I will admit to being momentarily scared ****less.)

Just to mention we will be in the 3rd round of the league cup next season ! and we made £37 m for our league placing of 7th.
Thanks for the update marra, our lass was asking what benefits there were of which position we ended up. When I told her we were now called one of "The Big Boys" she smiled ...
