£150 is a shocking price.
Only if it was compulsary ...
... I've often considered one but decided against it.
I can have a 'brick wall' on my patio, with all my mates, if I choose.
They were selling them a couple of years ago for £40 a pop.
Typical of the modern day game along with charging a fortune for being a mascot.
People want the club to spend millions and millions on players ...
... the money has to come from somehwere.
If I can't justify the cost of a brick I don't pay for a brick.
Not having a brick isn't a big deal.
Mate they make enough off fans through strips, tickets and the TV deals.
Surely something like this needs to be affordable to all. You'll have kids with parents who have next to nowt being priced out.
A mate did the mascot day back in L1 and spent a few hundred quid on it. His bairn was one of nine on the day.
Kids couldn't care less about having a brick in my opinion, people have them for their own benefit, not the club's.
I can support Sunderland well enough without having to display it.
My thoughts exactly.People want the club to spend millions and millions on players ...
... the money has to come from somehwere.
