Mines taken also but can't find any sign of my seat for the home play offs in notifications, any ideas? Already sent an email but not hopeful.

Just received an email from the ticket office to reset, all done and purchased, waiting for the e-ticket now. Thanks for your help mate.
I think these are getting added to our season cards so despite the confirmation we probably won’t get the e-ticket
Yes said will be delivered electronically 7 days before game with guidance to add to your season card mate.
Don't know if you know but I've just registered on the ticket site and have noticed I now have 1 loyalty point for the ticket I bought, do you get loyalty points for the season card? If so I think I've missed out for a few years now.
If you go into your account details then view account menu, then account management and choose account history you will see all your transactions, even shows you what points you’ve been allocated and what for.
Ya only get loyalty points for away matches and cup matches I think
I’ve got nothing under reserved seats and no emails.
Just got them to resend confirmation from purchases history so that bit sorted.
I have screwed up on the season ticket front though by not checking properly. Seems I’ve renewed mine but not my daughter’s. Trip to the ticket office on Saturday pre-game I think.
