I've always believed that, if you're calling someone out, you should do it clearly and with all the facts.
Total harmony, in any club, is impossible as there's too many strong personalities ...
... it doesn't mean there's any problem at the club.
In fact it usually proves the exact opposite.
People who feel weak or excluded are usually the quickest to point the finger.
If anyone at the club isn't ambitious and driven we shouldn't be employing them ...
... that applies to every player and every member of staff including RLB.
I'd hope he has his eyes on the manager's job at PSG.

A football club has submitted altered plans for a solar farm after an initial design sparked backlash.
Sunderland AFC has reduced the size of the farm it has proposed building next to its training ground in Cleadon.
The site encompasses 118 acres (48 hectares) of greenbelt land which campaigners have argued could destroy a wildlife corridor.
The club said that it would remove more than 1,700 panels from the farm and put a waterbody in place to ensure that "important habitat is retained".
Earlier plans for the solar farm were criticised by local resident Nigel Bundred, who started a petition against the scheme.
At the time, the football club said that the farm had the potential to generate the annual electrical needs of about 12,120 family homes in South Tyneside and Sunderland.
Under the new plans, the number has dropped to 9,421.
The move comes following reports of avocets on the site.
A report commissioned by the club, at the request of South Tyneside Council, found that the birds, which are on the UK conservation status amber list, were attracted to a waterbody on the land.
The solar farm's designers said that they could not retain the waterbody as it would be difficult to carry out emergency maintenance work on the panels.
Instead they have proposed creating a new waterbody for the birds on another part of the land, while reducing the size of the solar farm.
Mr Bundred said that he was still not happy with the new designs and the number of people who had signed his petition had climbed to more than 2,000.
It is unclear when the plans are set to be considered by South Tyneside Council.

Just spent an enjoyable 90 mins on the Stadium tour. A big shout out to Stan who took us all around. He was extremely informative. Didn't know that no one is allowed to see the referee directly after a game and must wait at least 30 mins before knocking on his door. Hope Chris Wilder was more pissed off after their game up here when he had to cough up for knocking on the referees door!

From my very untrained eye, this seems pretty good. Revenue is going up and our operational losses are low compared to what i've seen from other clubs. Decent bit of transfer profit made as well.
Very comfortable with a loan within the LD family.
Next seasons will be interesting to look at when Clarkes sale is factored in.
