The ticket office seems to be settling down now and getting their act together ...

... just had this from a mate.

If anyone has unresolved issues let me know and he'll try to help.

"Success at last!!!!!!! As is always the case, I find, it's much easier to speak to people and discuss issues and get situations resolved. The ticket office have just called me and discussed the issues I've been having with renewing season tickets etc. and unfortunately, not all messages had been passed on which caused significant confusion. I have an appointment with the ticket office for next week where they're going to discuss all the issues I've had and get those resolved with me to enable me to move forward and get all of the season tickets renewed that I need to. This has all been the result of a lack of communication.
Thanks to @Guinness Guzzler for all your help with this."

Loads of stock got delivered this morning from a Fanatics van. This deal could generate a lot of extra revenue. Just think how much we've missed out on over the last few years.
Get a sense that major things are starting to happen both on and off the pitch. Think this could be the window where we bring in that bit of extra experience and quality needed to really push on.

It really is a huge positive that we are pushing the commercial side, every extra penny we make contribute massively to the sustainable target and add funds to the playing budget.

I believe they are looking at adding another corporate area as well, we had that survey a while back and I believe there is a space in the west stand that isn't really used for much.

Our branch enquired about a space we could use for our 50th anniversary and the club said there was a room we might be able to hire that wasn't part of the usual corporate offering yet.
