I would be surprised. And very disappointed. He has been back front centre of every improvement we have made. Ghisolfi is doing a job that we need doing now we are at a higher level, and doing it well. But there is a lot else to do, and KS is doing it.

He has been KLD's best and most significant signings.
Yeah I wouldn’t want him to go I just have a weird feeling

Harvey strikes me as a smart bloke who has worked his knackers off to unearth gems for cheap. Best of luck to him. Curious about where he’s off and what we do next.

My guess is we upgrade as we have with other staff over the summer.

As for Harvey, I think a big club who needs a reset would be a good move for him. Rangers maybe?

Maybe KS/FG have someone more attuned to the needs of PL(in time Europe hopefully) in mind.
Time will tell but if any of our owners in my lifetime( I’m 60) are going to get this right then it will be KLD’s lot.
Onwards and upwards.

I agree with all of that mate.

We were blessed when KLD took this club on and the changes have been staggering. There’s barely one aspect of SAFC that hasn’t been changed for the better and it’s showing no signs of slowing down.

I’m expecting the announcement of a stadium expansion, and further hospitality, by the end of the season whether we stay up or not. It’s amazing to think KLD bought the entire club for little more than the cost of the players we’ve sold,

It would all be impressive enough without the fact that the club, and himself, are probably in credit, at least not carrying a huge debt like most other clubs …

… interesting times for us to be living through, that's for sure.

Certainly are mate, just hope we can all hang on to enjoy the full fruits of the work he’s putting in.

Communications issues were something that I brought up on my RAWA list of things that needed attention. It's good to see that they've picked up on it and acted on it.
Becs, did the direct debit issue come up at the meeting?

I jave had a nightmare with this and the club keep telling me that the bank have to set up the direct debit as they can’t, which is wrong. Also when I made a payment in the ticket office it was returned to my bank and then the online system would not let me pay, so I had to go back to the ticket office again.

I had previously asked how I raised this issue with the club and was told that I had to use the ask SAFC system. The intial reply said they would be in touch no later than a week, however six weeks later still no reply. I asked how do you complain about the ask SAFC system and was told that I the only way to complain about the lack of response from the AskSAFC system was to use the Ask SAFC system.

I was also told that the office are sitting on hundreds of questions in the AskSAFC system and they don’t have the staff to deal with the demand, or a means to prioritise questions!

I know the club have made massive strides over the last four years but there still seems to be a blind spot in the ticket office and the individual communication systems.

I'm not sure. I didn't go to the meeting and I've not seen the minutes yet.

Are you with Monzo? I know there were issues due to the name of the direct debit changing when Seek Geek took over from Ticketmaster. Monzo rejected the direct debits due to the name change.

Yes it was Monzo, the issue is the club did nothing to help fans and refused to set up new direct debits

Dunno who's putting all this stuff out but the image of the club is as good as it's ever been.

The amount of ex-players and managers at our games is incredible ...

... I just wish I was involved in it all, I once had the chance but the timing just wasn't right.

It must be great to be part of the SAFC media team.
