Condolences to all involved, though that feels pretty inadequate. 19 is no age and, as you say, with the misplaced confidence of youth it could have been most of us I guess. Poor guy.

There is an open church tonight where his friends and family have met to grieve together. My daughters aren't religious but wanted to be there, so i dropped them off and the parents were waiting outside to thank all for coming and it was hard to see them suffering. Under the cowardly cloak of anonymity on here, I can admit that I thought thank **** it wasn't one of mine. RIP Steffen
