    11 points from 5 = 2.2 per game

Normally 2.0 or more gets you an auto spot so a great start. Consistency is what we will need though.

Also we have two home games against relatively weaker opposition next, have to make them count. Could be in auto slots if we get them right.

Spot on 20. International break could have come at a worse time, but it's difficult to see how. Only plus will be that Berardi & Pennington could be fit enough for a place on the bench

I don't know, we've got momentum but time to fix injuries and recharge the batteries. I think it's good players can look back on outplaying Forest during the break

wow, what a performance, made Forest look pretty darn ordinary ... this Leeds team can play, technically excellent and get forward rapidly ... defence supremely calm, and a large part of that is trusting the keeper behind them ... Wiedwald is looking better and better as he settles in, he seems to communicate well and his passing is quality ... he zipped one daisy cutter to Alioski that was just superb

Alioski's goal was very deserved, and what a sweet strike ... if you wanted a reason as to why Bridcutt was sold look no further than yesterday ... Phillips and O'Kane were so much more mobile than him, and they gave Bridcutt a proper runaround ... Bridcutt chopping down Saiz said it all, a frustrated player not able to cope with the quality coming at him

Tommy knows what he's doing, his man management has been spot on, and this squad is very together and committed ... Green is going for a reason, just as Wood and Bridcutt have ... there's something happening at Leeds, the giant is stirring

PS had to laugh at Sky, every time the Leeds support got loud they turned the crowd sound down, fcuking scummers

I know - really, I DO know - how daft this is, but I remember as a youngster living in Beeston and my dad saying I ought to watch Leeds (then middle of div 2) as they were starting to play some good stuff

I'm starting to dare to dream we may be at the start of something here. It's probably the senile dementia kicking in but I'm even seeing similarities between TC's approach and Mr Revie's

    I know, I need help ;)

Book us in for a double appointment, mate. Actually, going by this board, we might just qualify for group rates! :D

Forgot to say in my drunken ramblings last night something I thought was very funny but maybe you had to be there. I bumped into a fellow leeds fan in the pub and he said I see pol pot got the 1st goal.
    What? I said.

Not ideal, but it'll be interesting to see how many games Green starts for his new club

Yep quite happy to have the break now. Will be good to get the transfer window closed, have our squad finalised and confirmed and then TC to have time to keep working and bringing the group together and work on how to approach the upcoming home games.

Yep agree if he was 5 years younger would be a different story but couldn't keep Green and Wiedwald happy and obviously the latter fits better with TC's style and has the chance to be around for a while. Not surprised he didn't want to spend a year on the Leeds bench but pretty surprised he's gone to sit on Huddersfields! Would have thought he would have gone somewhere for first team but guess one/two last years of good money before opens pub/diy store/etc

Some people kicking off on twitter about signing Lonergan as if we've signed him as first choice.. Think he'll be an ok bench warmer and emergency cover if required and apparently he's more keen to help coaching the youngsters than Green.

What a strange one, arguably two of our best players last season have left before the window closes, Wood and Green. Usually we would be feeling like it is season over, the pain would be hard to take but at the moment it's more oh well, we'll cope, doesn't really matter that much....
