Out of interest was Not606 born out of the old Rivals website or was that something different all together?

Different.

It was originally set up to give people the option of a 606 that wasn't moderated like the BBC one, though it only really kicked off on here when the old 606 closure was announced.

It was off for everyone and Hull is the only city in the UK with it's own phone system and we have the fastest broadband in the country.

I forgive you for not knowing that, as you're mentally deficient and we shouldn't mock the afflicted.
