We keep on rolling hopefully…this weekend we try to make it ten unbeaten!

DS has reported no fresh injury concerns after our midweek draw with Reading, Cantwell has been back in training and is available but I am not sure he will get straight back on the bench unless we drop Hugill out. At the risk of repeating myself for what seems to be the 3rd/4th time, I think we should be reverting to Sarge up front on his own, that is not a criticism of Pukki but a reflection of how teams are setting up against us. More often than not we are facing teams with 5 at the back in a low block, leaving Pukki little to no room behind to excel. Sargent offers more all round with his ability to stretch defences, outmuscle, press and hold the ball to bring other in to play and I think the whole team benefits from that. Pukki could then be used in the second half for 15-30mins. Gibbs was fantastic in midweek and has to be one of the first names in the team sheet for me, Nunez’s levels have dropped a bit for me so I’ll be looking for him to step up a bit more this weekend.

Preston sit 11th in the table with 3 wins 7 draws and only 2 losses. They have been very mean defensively having only conceded 4 times in those 12 games, they have however only scored 4 goals in those games as well though. Preston should have former Canary Robbie Brady in their squad.

Positive vibes!!!

ON THE BALL CITY!!!

I'm personally hoping we don't set up 4-3-3 with Sargent-Pukki-Ramsey. All three had poor games by their standards on Tuesday, and the blame doesn't lie with them but with the system that effectively neutered them all. For me, if we start Pukki in the centre, we need a playmaker (probably Ramsey) behind him. If we start Sargent in the centre, we either experiment with Pukki playing alongside (possibly behind) him or go for Hernandez on one wing and possibly Sinani on the other.

Difficult to see beyond a draw with their defensive form, isn’t it
Depends on how big their bus is. ;)

QPR have suddenly emerged as a contender with 4 wins and a draw in their last 5, including Sheffield United and Reading in their last two matches to draw even on points with us.

This may well come back to bite me in the bum, but for some reason I don't expect this to be 0-0 despite Preston's binary season.

Either we have 80% possession, do nothing with it, and gift them a stupid goal, or we get a comfortable victory.

I think they only scored 5 in their last 10 games.

Robbie Brady starts for Preston. A very small smattering of applause for him from the home fans. A glorious day here. Hope you're able to find some streams.
