He sounds like he's got his head screwed on.

he actually do.
he still 21 and right now he only focusing on playing regular football on weekly basis (imagine if he joined tottenham or another big club in the PL right now he would only be used in the cup games)
also i think basel want to sell him with the same prize they got for shaqiri (12m) or even more and ofcourse if he showcased his talent this season in the CL they may get what they want

Where would Willian play?

You can't play all these

Mata
De bruyne
Oscar
Hazard
Wilian

Best

Squad system and Chelsea will be playing many many games this season so room for all at some point. Not forgetting suspensions and injuries. So they will find room.

QPR are expected to sign Matty Phillips from Blackpool today, I'm surprised he didn't get a Premier League move.

I am not. He has gone backwards. Blackpool fans last season said he was Bill Big Bollox now.

Real Madrid's official shop website has Bale shirts available despite no deal being done yet...

I remember Chelsea doing something similar with Robinho - Madrid cancelled that deal and sold him to Man City instead.

Ian Holloway is already fighting for his job at Crystal Palace – despite masterminding the club’s shock promotion to the Premier League, write The Sunday People.

Palace insiders have revealed that Holloway is under massive pressure, with Newcastle chief Alan Pardew the shock name in the frame to replace him.

Holloway took the Eagles soaring into the big time but major trouble in the transfer market has left him with a weak looking squad.

The extrovert boss, whose side lost 2-1 at Stoke yesterday, has admitted the window has been a nightmare – straining relations behind the scenes at Selhurst Park.

But as Palace supremo Steve Parish watches how Holloway handles the big time there is a growing and informed feeling that Pardew is the red-hot tip for the post.

Pardew has had his own troubles at the Toon and is still a Palace legend from his time at the club as a player.

With Pardew also battling his way through problems at Newcastle it could lead to a remarkable managerial switch in the coming weeks.

Palace would NOT approach Pardew while he is still in work and pay a huge compensation bill. However if he left the job there would be a very quick offer of a return.

Good news for us

Anyone watching Dempsey play for Seattle right now? What a shame he moved back to MLS his talent feels wasted on that pitch. The best player on the field and they dont have the skill to get him the ball in good positions.
