1. The Government have been given leave to appeal, so nothing is decided yet.
2. A simple bit of legislation will push through whatever the Government wants, in the event that the appeal fails.
So, no change, and more boredom for a while, until the outcome, so time to talk about football or something instead.

If May, Gove and Davis thought they could win the parlimentary debate and get the looney tory right vision of a hard brexit as the official uk position they woukd have tabled the debate four minths ago.
The next tactic will be to say Britain cant decide what brxit looks liks cos the 27 other eu countries have to tell us. Likely a simple piece of legislation followed by a new referendum as first ones results still won't matter and has been ruled on. Meanwhile while the uk are faffing about, tens of thousands of those illegal immigrants have lots of time to find ways to invade before any new referendum
