Boy, this is dragging on! 2 facts of life about this: 1. The Government have been given leave to appeal, so nothing is decided yet. 2. A simple bit of legislation will push through whatever the Government wants, in the event that the appeal fails. So, no change, and more boredom for a while, until the outcome, so time to talk about football or something instead.
