Common sense prevails (obviously not on this board) and the kit is not going out as published but they are having a rethink and the shorts are going TFFT.

What lack of common sense are you referring to , i think you need to redirect your remarks to the judge who decided the 10 year old who won the competition ( draw a kit ) in the Echo recently .I mean someone seriously thought that looked ok :emoticon-0119-puke:

So glad they did on this one. Puma must've been laughing their arse off when this one was signed off. Bony, what has a 10 year old done to you! Even a 2 year would be embarrassed by that shocking design.

It's hilarious no matter what they do with the shirts. Laughing stock of football

Interesting point brought up in this blog before the announcement about changing the shorts, was the naff red kit just a way of getting Cardiff supporters to accept playing in red

One last point, I see it’s being claimed that the awful two tone kit is all part of some cunning plan whereby everyone gets upset and then ends up being grateful for getting the old red and black kit re-introduced for next season. It’s argued by some that Vincent Tan did much the same last year when we were, first, going to change to red, then we weren’t and then we were again and then when he “reassured” us all after his thoughts about changing the name of the club during his television interview in February – he’s playing us and will get what he wants in the end while appearing to listen to the fans.
