The debt has come down. From £80 plus million to £50 million. Servicing the debt at 4% pa will cost around £2 million a year. That may be possible with no parachute monies but will be tight. If we get relegated it will be impossible because of the loss of the TV monies.

The Allams mis-management of Hull City isn't part of any grand plan to get revenge its simply down to incompetence.
I disagree 100% with the last bit. No wait, it's both revenge and incompetence in equal measure.

Even a blind squirrel will find nuts eventually.
Not sure what your point is but it doesn’t prove that getting wales into their first tournament since the 50’s and into the semi finals of the euros and upto 8th in the world rankings isn’t an achievement.
He may not have done anything before that or after that but that in itself is an achievement

You heard it here ladies and gentlemen:

Those of you that are expats? **** off, you aren't real supporters.

Those of you that have moved for many various reasons to improve your life? **** off, you aren't real supporters.

Those of you that have any health issues that affect you going to games? **** off, you aren't real supporters.

Those of you in any financial trouble or who can't afford the ever increasing cost of football? **** off you aren't real supporters.

Those of you who are critical of your club in any way, regardless of the situation? **** off, you aren't real supporters.

But those who gatekeep who can and cannot be a supporter, they're the real fans. Definitely not arrogant entitled ****s who don't like contrasting opinions at all.
Excellent post and very wise for one so young !:emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp:emoticon-0137-clapp.

Your last paragraph makes absolutely no sense.

I meant City are allegedly up for sale since 2014 but that is total rubbish & Allam has never had any intention of selling the club to the long line of buyers that always mysteriously pull out just before signing. He owes himself £50 million at 5% interest per annum so will keep the debt running for as long as he can.

I don't think the people Phil is referring to fall into any of the categories in your list.

Not much more to be said, most of it already been raked over.
And all the time you keep proving you are a real supporter they hang on thinking they are getting away with it.
It needs a concerted ban to shock them into going.

This will the 3rd summer out of the last 4 when we are scrabbling around without a manager while the playboy without a roadmap who 'runs' the club congratulates himself on saving summer wages.

Looks like once again, we will be lagging behind at the start, trying to play like a new manager wants us to and without the players he would choose in his team. That means almost certainly struggle and poor results.

He does badly: he gets the sack. He does well: he asks for backing, and doesn't get it.. It's a lose-lose for all parties.

We are becoming a managers graveyard, where they get the sack for falling out with the owners.

To Pearson, Barrmby, Bruce, Silva add the name of Adkins. None of them left the club due to poor results. Is there another professional club in the country that is run in such a chaotic and short-sighted away?

Hope we appoint someone good and soon. But we did that with the 5 managers mentioned above and it always ends the same way.

See you at the KCOM next game. It's what real supporters do.

If you are given a golden era group of players anything is possible, you don’t have to be a great manager to manage them to success, that is my point. He’s not a great, or even good, manager and would have no chance of success at City with the limitations that he’d be made to work within.

He'll sell as soon as he can get what he thinks the club is worth so he can meet his desired ROI over his tenure.
The assets are dwindling (essentially quality appreciating player value). The running costs are significant. It's getting close to being a liability for the family.
Essentially they have missed the boat if further relegation takes place.
Biggest mistake was assuming he could get to buy the real estate assets cheap. Second significant error was to not invest more in player assets to maintain PL status.

Steve Bruce had our best ever squad and crashed out of Europe and got us relegated. A golden era of players, this is wales we are talking about. I agree he isn’t a great manager but that doesn’t mean what he did with wales wasn’t an achievement, which is what we are talking about. What he would or wouldn’t do with city is not the point
