The loan thing has made no sense in the past really. We got Remy on loan from QPR when they went down and it was clear a player power situation, I fail to see what QPR got out of it really. In the situation you are in all you need is for him to win you one or two games and that will justify the expense of keeping hold of him - for it to be worth getting rid of him then either CC needs to think he has someone better lined up or the finances have to tilt the scales. For what it's worth I'd have him at Newcastle, he's not fired so far this season from what I've seen but towards the second half of last season I thought he was settling into the Premiership to be honest.
