Anyway Spanish what did you think about EastEnders this week......I know you didn't see it but I'm sure that won't stop you from thinking you have all the answers and the only valuable opinion.......[HASHTAG]#budgieboyspanish[/HASHTAG].
Anyhow, my biggest gripe/frustration is at the lack of ambition/nous when we were in a great position.
Many on here are just happy to be above mid table, i get that but when we had a grt chance and failed to strengthen for the final push, that really gets me and then for limped wristed idiots like weighty to not see that.........ffs!! You call me the budgie!!

My opinions are my own and the way I like to see things go...I've said many times that I don't like having a high turnover of players and prefer coaching players that are at Ipswich....if you don't agree that's fine it doesn't mean that you are mentally ill or the other way round if I don't agree with you......I don't understand why you need people to agree with you so much...just share your opinion on football and if someone disagrees try to accept that without the need for a tantrum and childish abuse....

a poor performance and a poor result. Just a few comments from me
Firstly, how many points is Bent going to secure for Derby. I reckon that kind of 'gamble' on a proven loan is likely to get them an additional 20 points this season. I don't know the financial details but with Bent and Ince Derby have shown real intent.
secondly, I don't believe MM has ever gambled positively and today was one of those games where I think he should have done better. Taking off Tabb and Bishop and replacing them with A FB in Parr and Anderson made no difference at all. We then take of Sears for Varney and finally chuck Berra up front for the last 5 minutes
We were 1 down and didn't look like turning it around so why not gamble. Put on Stewart and let him 'fly' , leave Sears on - try something a bit different. Yeah we may concede another but we may just turn it around. At no point this afternoon did we seem to change things to worry Reading. We play with 3 centre backs but when behind we don't use the option of taking one off and adding an attacking player and we must be the only team on earth whereby we bring on a FB to make us more attacking. No matter who we sign for the wide positions we never appear to get a true attacking force from those areas.
MM has got us where we are from being consistant and secure BUT there are games where you just need to throw caution to the wind and for me, against an average Reading, today was one of those games. We both looked average but we were behind and it was our job to turn it around and we didn't look like doing it.
