He finished 10th and 4th with Hertha before being sacked in September in his 3rd season.

He did well at Monchengladbach. Drifting in and out of Europa League places.

As I said he's massively overrated. He's no better than a Claude Puel or a Marko Rose or any other flavour of the month manager.

Horsesh!t..it depends on the situation a club is in at any given time. Given our current situation, any manager that keeps us up has succeeded. If he then gets us competing for European places, he's succeeded.
Allardyce, Pulis, Warnock etc may not be everyone's cup of tea, however you cannot deny they've succeeded in the remit they've often been given.

I had years of ridicule on here for what was described as negativity.
