We need someone in that's going to create an identity. A passing style of play..

Horsesh!t..it depends on the situation a club is in at any given time. Given our current situation, any manager that keeps us up has succeeded. If he then gets us competing for European places, he's succeeded.
Allardyce, Pulis, Warnock etc may not be everyone's cup of tea, however you cannot deny they've succeeded in the remit they've often been given.

 

Yes he generally is however he appears to have a good knowledge of managers and their skillset.

But there's no need to ridicule him especially when he's just voicing his opinions

I had years of ridicule on here for what was described as negativity.

The Rafa stuff aside he gives good feedback on the other managers which should be welcomed. I, on the other hand, no **** all about Favre, the Viking or Fonseca other than looking at their stats.
