I'd prefer ten Hag but not really sure why
Ten Hag has the link to Over Mars but that's about the only advantage over Fonseca I can see.
Fonseca has proved himself in a variety of leagues, so is surely less of a risk to come into the Prem.

I ****ing love the fact that we’re all torn here about whether we prefer Fonseca, Favre or Ten Hag.
Its akin to standing in a executive sports car showroom and not being able to chose between a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche etc! Lovely!!

Morgan
There's always one that has to go down the posh **** route.![]()
I have said it until I am blue in the face. NUFC need a short term manager (with premier league experience in relegation battles) to keep you up. Getting relegated is simply a waste of time. Ultimately, you will come back up but it will put the project back two years.

Who would you recommend Simon?
I would try and get a specialist in survival missions. Big Sam springs to mind but that simply will not happen because of his previous time here. Danny Murphy made a great recommendation in Roy Hodgson. I don't know if Roy has the appetite or desire to get back in though.

As I’ve said til I am purple in the cock, this makes zero sense and the whole notion should have finally been laid to rest with Allardyce getting relegated.
Get in someone with talent, vibrancy and dynamism. Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool all hired managers without PL title winning experience and they’ve done ok.
Come of it, Any one with half a brain cell knew Allardyce was on a hiding to nothing with that West Bromwich Albion side. I have already said I don't think he should come back to Newcastle. That relationship is beyond repair. With regards to your second point I agree entirety, but get that person in next season after survival has been completed. I think you guys need to realise current your squad is not very good at present and there are no magic wands out there.
