Never managed above schoolboy level so this is a huge gamble and i hope he has the skill to make this huge jump up....But he has the job now and must get the support needed by the club and fans. How long the fans will give their support will depend how he does in the first 5 games when you will have a good idea at the level he is at......Loads of luck will be needed is my guess......
